150-250k seems like a steep price though. i have family in the pizza restaurant franchising business and they only charge 30-50k. they've successfully opened dozens of restaurants in a couple states. i know mcdonalds charges 250k or something like along with subway. but for this joint the price seems a little steep if you ask me. it might scare away investors for a franchise that really isn't established
