With the new report on increase in mort's - It might be a good time to start thinking about investing in those co's. They took a beating as the "bubble" talk went rampid - soon, and possibly already it may reverse. I would keep an eye on the entire sector.

Some stock to watch Div: FICC (Watch/Hold) <-- already own
Capital Gains Potential: SIR (Buy) <-- looking to open posistion
