all I've got left is that this new guy at the helm knows more about the rules than Raffy did.

Based on last week's "letter to shareholders", I don't think that is true. And don't forget the new PGPM CEO was CEO of another non-SEC registered "oil and gas" company when it was suspended by the SEC for very similar reasons.

That alone is one more massive red flag. Especially since that company has gone silent since the suspension and remains traded on the gray market.
