No any experienced shareholders would vote for a R/S! It is the very greedy insider who control the majority ownership voted for the R/S in order to rob more money from the investors! TOPS is currently Hyper Oversold and Hyper Undervalued now! Thus an Huge and Quick bounce is brewing on the background which should drive the price back to $0.8432 (TOPS did surge to $1.75 from its daily low $0.55 within just a single day on 06/26) provided $0.265 could hold the Bottom in the coming days...

Anyway some Good or Great News might kick in as soon as tomorrow! Also Huge Shorting Squeezing Effect will put more fuels on the big fire once the Well-Overdue Strong bounce is triggered here because TOPS has crashed 88.96% from $2.40 to $0.265 within just a couple of weeks!
