Since we have been in the dark for a while now, a financial statement would be huge for us going forward. I am hoping they have a PR for us by the end of this month.

My mind set lingers on what needs to be addressed: The change over from Medbox to Notis Global has had these scenarios:
1.Changes related to the financial health of the company
2.Major corporate transactions like restructurings or mergers
3.Significant positive or negative information about its products
4.Changes in key management individuals
5.Legal or regulatory developments that affect the company’s ability to conduct business.

What I listed above is actually a copy past from the SEC on what a Trading Halt is... and all those reasons apply to NGBL. Interesting to say the least.
