Here's the proof ... We know there are naked shorts in the stock. The '4320 flag' has been shown for 8 days on OTC's website & the A/D line has declined 4.8 mil shares since then. It's reasonable to conclude TMPS stock is being manipulated down by COWN mm based on what we saw in trading on Friday. In addition, Peter Cohen and Cowen Investors were affiliate investors as part of the merger with Chart Acquisition. It's the reason they received warrants that were recently converted to common. Peter Cohen and Cowen Investors are essentially insiders of Tempus who likely have a close working relationship with Scott Terry and Johan Eliasch.
