Russia's expansion requires ports that don't freeze in the winter.
and that that sawed-off, beady-eyed, x-kgb agent running the show
will continuously lie about stepping over the line to acquire warm water ports.
They are making headway at winning boarder crossing trade sanctions/restrictions/new agreements/banking... war
will need pipe... lots of it

100-110 natgas rigs is enough to meet demand
