$75 Million Shelf Registration Statement

The Company has an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3, registering the sale of up to $75 million of the Company’s securities. The Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (i) a prospectus supplement, dated March 31, 2015, registering up to $30 million of our common stock that have been or may be offered and sold to Aspire Capital from time to time, and (ii) a prospectus supplement, dated March 28, 2017, registering $2.2 million of our common stock in a registered direct offering, leaving approximately $42.8 million available under the Company’s effective shelf registration statement.
