Johan did not forgive the entire debt by taking the shares, only part of it. He thought that this deal just happened to be the best one.

Also, Johan will do whatever he needs to in order to earn money. he could care less how well TMPS fares, as long as he profits off it. Then he will sell everything. He's done it before and he will do it again.

I looked up his history. Every business that he has ever owned sucked while he was there. Johan did not increase the PPS of any of the businesses he was involved it.

To those of you who wonder why a billionaire would ever invest in a pump and dump (again, not saying TMPS is one), the reason is that he believes that the company can be pumped to a high PPS and that he will be able to sell in time.

Lesson: never assume that a company is not a P&D on the basis that a billionaire is involved.
