If there is going to be a shareholder meeting, whereby you all get to vote your peace/piece there needs to be a proxy mailed at least 30 days prior.

Now, if that meeting is to coincide with GOMD or whoever's meeting it's going to have to be mailed out 30 days prior. That meeting is coming up in Oct.

My assumption is that Jim Dial can vote his majority of the shares outstanding, probably close to 300 Million or more without having anyone else there at the meeting.

He will then vote to whittle down the share count by a factor of at least 20.

So for each 20,000 shares of grifco you've got you'll then have 1000. Or less.
