I use to work for altec, the fiber optic laser I ran cost around 800k. SVTE is similar to altec, you can buy a chop saw at home depot, but the truss factory I help setup bought a used automated one that cost 30k, and a new one for 60k. There is nothing cheap about the tools listed in that PR.
