I would say in my opinion if the PGPM suspension is lifted on the 14th/trading on the 17th, that the company has rectified the suspension criteria that enabled the suspension. Although the order doesn't specify if the company rectifies their suspension they will be allowed to trade. The suspension is for a specific time period. 211 will be evoked regardless.

On the other hand..... if not trading open market 2/14 or 2/17, something is very wrong......you all, we all, all are, mostly very screwed and held to no trading or grey market///most will give up. And there should be an announcement indicating such as why trading should not be resumed.

There is a story behind this and how it developed, progressed, and is where it is now.

There are a lot of good people here that have many dollars tied up...they are caught in this mess....I was there years ago.
