It is normal for Audit Committees of the Board of Directors to
review the performance of the independent CPA firms they hire every year.
Decisions are made based on their audit fees, professionalism and
quality of the audit report etc.. After two years with Withum, the Board simply
made a business decision to make a change. This was confirmed by Withum.
I was a Controller, CPA and worked with various audit firms over the years.
Nothing unusual here.
