Liz,

I constantly hear how Datek/AMTD customers have trouble, and straight AMTD customers praise the site up & down.

We have about 50 straight AMTD customers in our group, and we have had very little or no trouble. A few use Freetrade by Ameritrade...no complaints there.

I've always suspected it might have to do with one's location in the country, but nothing proven yet.

I think Jake uses CS, and I believe has no problems. Location, again, I suspect, because people in FL & NY laugh when you mention CS (kinda like when one mentions AOL), because of the move away to what is considered an improved option.

Or, maybe the whole system is just very temperamental.
