Alper STILL hasn't registered "Michigan Growth LLC"

Seven other entities already use the words "Michigan Growth"..including one named "MICHIGAN GROWTH ENTERPRISES, LLC" which would probably object to the similarity.

On June 21st Alper issued this PR in which he "announced the launch of MICHIGAN GROWTH LLC" which he said "will fund the construction of multiple [12 to be exact- KAM] cannabis real estate properties, then lease the buildings to licensed Commercial Cannabis Growers in South West Michigan." He went on to say he had enlisted the services of "Trowbridge Sidoti LLP to develop the Michigan Growth investment package and we expect to launch the fund within the month of July."

IF TRUE then Trowbridge must be drafting paperwork without a company until Alper gets off his duff and figures out a way to secure the business name he already announced he had!! By using the word "launch" implies the entity was already a reality.
