I've explained it many times why share buybacks are ineffective.

As far as cash dividends go, you should do some research. Let's take CCCL as an example, in 2013 or 2014. Growth was collapsing already but they decided to pay a semi-annual cash dividend that was substantial. The stock soared, as much as 200% I think, to a P/E of 12.

It's a very powerful tool when handled appropriately. SIAF could be trading at $10 in a few months. And you don't want it.
