Ok. I'll assume you worked in the oil field and did that type of work. Read up before you post those things. They put a small amount of cement in them. They don't fill the hole to the top and call it good. A lot of holes were unplugged in Oklahoma from after being plugged 20 years ago.Not all oil wells are plugged with cement.
