The first thing that needs to happen is for the financials to be filed to cure the delinquency.

A buyback isn't even a consideration until that happens...and then those fins would have to show assets greater than liabilities and the ability fund the buyback without negatively impairing the capital of the corporation...

...and then they need to disclose the intended timing and size of the buyback well before they start...

...and then carry out the buyback consistent with Rule 10b-18...

...and then...

ahhh...screw it...there isn't going to be a buyback.
