Three questions: 1) After the merger, what will be the name of the company? 2) What symbol will the company trade under? 3) After researching OMVS, their website reports that they are in the trucking business and they have developed some type of app that will improve some type of performance in the trucking industry (Confusing). Is this business viable and can we expect income revenue from this source or is OMVS just a shell to get RAD listed? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks.
