SEC Suspense Update
All,
It was expected that David Skirloff - CEO - Environmental Packaging Technologies (EPTI), was to have a call with the EPTI Lawyer and the SEC yesterday. That call has been pushed out to early next week. David said that they are preparing all the supporting documents to substantiate their position that EPTI was not complicit in the development and distribution of the "Promotional Mailer". David will provide me with an update once the meeting with the SEC takes place. We thank you all for your patience's while we work through this matter.
