These restructuring and new company reverses take a little time and have to get some stock flowing and traction before they just rocket upwards. With all due respect the name change and symbol change took place in summer of 2016. S1 filed in Jan of 2017. Approval on S1 soon and then we should see some better pricing on the stock. That's the usual result with the micro cap company's launching their public presence. The company stock had no real valuation to be steadily trading at a dollar. That was a closing figure that was left prior in MXMI , excluding a few minuscule AVOZ trades this year. It's poised for a spike soon. A little more patience people ;) looks like company is filing what needs to be filed and growing the revs so the passion is there and the stock price should eventually follow.
