As for the state of the company the company wasn't filing with the State of Nevada since 2010 I had to pay all of the back years and all of the years that the transfer agent was sending reports to a company in FLA called Max Media Group which wasn't the same as the Nevada company.

With FINRA, OTC MARKETS and auditors we've cleaned this company up.

Ifs free country and unrestricted non founders STUPID AS IT IS can sell their stock.
