There is NO DOUBT James Schramm had helpers or, as was mentioned, Schramm was the "helper"! This could be a stretch, but an "advance" might explain why Schramm decided to not pursue the Chapter 7 Personal Bankruptcy filed in early 2015. I am slightly inclined, i.e. 60/40, believing Jimmy-Boy was in fact a "helper"! Regardless, IMO, Schramm is now on his own! The partners have "cashed" and moved on.
