I'm curious why you are raising the rent $2,000 each month you post about it.

I'm also curious what lender in the U.S told you they would grant a $2MM mortgage to a cannabis company for an ongoing dispensary or cultivation site.

You never addressed either how you can accurately gauge whether rent is excessive or not as you don't know the rate and terms, or property taxes, as well as any specific special use conditions by city or county?

Seriously.....how FOS are you guys? lol
