Dimension: Depends on your definition of "rich." If you are referring to "are we going to have an incredible increase in our pps tomorrow?" then the answer may be "no." Tomorrow will certainly be a day to watch, but it may turn out to be the same boring tick-tock that we have seen of late. Our 10K has NOT been promised for tomorrow; do NOT forget that! Nobody knows how this will trade tomorrow -- it may trade sideways -- it may gap up -- it may go down -- don't know; don't care. Thursday morning will be the day we want to be well rested for -- that's not to say anything of significance will occur then either, but from an emotional standpoint, certainly closer to our destination than tomorrow. On a personal note, I am not getting my expectations up until the end of the month -- if good news occurs prior to that, then it's serendipity for us!

Well stated. Whether the actual "deadline" is the 27th or the 30th, I am certainly not sweating bullets for a lack of a 10K this week.......but won't be upset to see one either.....

xlr8rs: If I'm not mistaken though, for the merger to be "official", the 10K is required. That being the case, if it's stated in the last PR that,"he Official Merger date has been set for Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at the close of the trading day. At that time the corporation will receive the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners (NOBO) from ADP Automatic Data Processing Inc. located at 51 Mercedes Way Edgewood, NY 11717 allowing the conclusion of the FHAL shareholder list for the completion of the Audited 10-K."...

I conclude that the 10K will be released near the end of the day...possibly before market close for the merger to be "official" at the close of the trading day today.

lesnshawn: I'm not really sure of the process. I would assume that they would at least have to plug in some final numbers, though -- so best case scenario, possibly Thursday morning ... but there may be more to the procedural aspect than any of us are aware of.
