I'm not sure what country you're from...but here in the states, one is presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, if there is strong evidence that one is guilty (regardless of proof or guilt), they can still be charged. At which point it's up to their defense to prove innocence. I understand we're talking civil vs criminal but the point here is the company is in the stage of defending themselves as the SEC felt there was strong enough evidence of wrongdoing to justify the suspension, but they did not have proof (yet).

They broke rules performing corporate actions with the CE symbol still on and have to pay the consequences regardless, but they may not be guilty of the accusations at hand.

Either they will defend themselves successfully and people here may eventually prosper or like most OTC stocks, they will "vigorously defend themselves" and just go dark. While the odds say you will likely be right, you cannot say with 100% certainty that they will not overcome this because unless you have inside information, you don't have ALL the facts, only speculation based on statistics. Occasionally the statistics are wrong.
