"Recent" lawsuit on video revenues settled, most likely. Within the first ten video minutes, the disposition of revenues starts to get discussed. The one lawsuit status includes settlement attempts of an outstanding loan from an investor. The context is that the investor is now likely happier with all the new usage money coming in from the Emailmoni deployment, compared to none in 2016. The exponential rate of increase of usage is shown at various times in the video.
