Both sides of the discussion on this board seem to agree that there is some form of share conversion going on. They disagree on whether or not there is dilution as well. Since the company's filings show no increase in the O/S in the last quarterly report, we will assume that there is no dilution.

We await subsequent reports.

The charts do not indicate that the company is on a "death spiral" in the last three months. Therefore, it is safe to assume that the effect of any toxic financing is minimal:
