Acquisitions

BullsEye Services- letter of intent and purchase agreement have been signed to purchase 100 percent of the company for $350,000 increasing shareholder equity without increasing the outstanding shares.

Purchase Agreement for 75% working interest in a 2 well package in the Permain Basin of Texas. The company has arranged for $200,000 in debt financing for this acquisition, increasing shareholder equity without increasing the outstanding shares. Initial production of these wells is estimated at 20 barrels per day plus 350-400 MCFD, indicating a payout of approximately 12 months.

Consists of 24/7 trucking operations with 4 active salt water disposal sites and services customers in Atascosa and McMullen counties in Texas with revenues of $35 million in 2015

Burks 624 SWD
Elite is acquiring the Burks SWD in La Salle County. The well, which is permitted for 4500 per day, began accepting trucks May 1, 2016. Expected monthly revenues are approximately $50,000

YO Ranch SWD
Elite has signed a letter of intent to purchase YO Ranch SWD, and is located in Live Oak County, Texas. The YO Ranch SWD property includes a salt water disposal well, which has a permit for 25,000 barrels per day. The property includes a 4000 foot deep Carrizo fresh water well with a capacity of 43,000 barrels per day. The site also includes a lined pit, with a capacity of 56,000 barrels and a solids recycling center along with a truck washout station.

Elite SWD
Is a saltwater disposal site located in Dimmit County, Texas. It is currently servicing 25 to 35 truckloads a day of disposable water and is currently averaging a net income of $35,000 per month. The site has currently been operating on a generator that costs $35,000 dollars per month but a permit has been has been issued for electrical hook up which will save $25,000 per month. In addition to the current clientele Elite has acquired a take or pay contract with a major producer of over 3000 barrels per day. That take or pay contract, for this SWD, will result in additional yearly revenue of $750,000.

All of this my opinion and based only what U have found from searching the company’s website, press releases and doing due diligence on the company, do your own before investing here, I do think some of this should be added to the Ibox and we should update it.
