lol there are already over 300 mil shares in the exising os. there are only 500 mil authorized. you think that 200 mil shares left in the authorized is enough to "compensate" the owners, at .005? you think they are going to take $1mil in stock for their franchise? are you serious? they make that much off of one location in a year. lol like i said, i don't think they will reach agreement to close any "acquisition" of charlie graingers. i don't think the owners of cg are stupid enough to sell for a couple mil dollars worth of a pinky sheet sub penny stock. lol
