i never understand why people think an "acquisition" means that shareholders of the company doing the acquiring, are getting equity in a company that is being acquired, without a price. uhln has no money. they have no way or means to "acquire" anything, much less a multi million dollar franchise that is already doing well. so, in order for such an acquisition to work, charlie graingers owners would have to have a huge stake in the company acquiring them, since uhln is penniless. that would mean a major and huge increase in the share structure to accomodate the acquisition. that would mean cash to charlie graingers and stock. that would mean huge dilution to the existing uhln shareholders, which would also likely, mean r/s. penniless shells don't "acquire" multi million dollar companies.
