Maybe it's more work than he thought it was going to be and he's probably getting hounded with emails.

Maybe it's due to health reasons...he did have surgery recently.

Maybe he's going to take on another position with the company, one that's currently getting approved so that he can grow with this company.

Who knows. Hopefully we will get resolution soon.
