it is easy to spin a MOVE-OUT as not thriving,

I do not agree with that spin


when leaving an office lease or a residential lease,
there is always the concern of the additional months on the lease that are remaining


the landlord can sue for years of unpaid rent, that is not what happened here

the lease is something that has to be negotiated out of, it does not happen overnight, but eventually it did happen

anyone that has been in a commercial lease and they want to move, they know how hard this is....

it is not easy to get out of a commercial lease for NO EXTRA MONTHS, and that is what McCusker was able to do


when a business wants to trim the fat,

they find a way to accomplish the same REVENUES for less expense and that is exactly what has happened here when reading the info given....
