I'm not concerned about the Company going bankrupt or that my shares are currently overvalued because I bought too high. I'm not worried about some broker taking my shares and I'm not real sure if being in Canadian dollars would matter that much from being in US dollars.

I think you may be missing the point. The question was asked what would happen if there was a dollar reset at some time in the future. This is of course hypothetical now. I'm speaking about write downs on the US dollar valuation based on all the debt/fiat money printing that's been done.

At some point gold reserves or lack of them may have something to do with an eventual write-down of the dollar, but that's just my guess.

If the dollar is devalued then that would be the reason to see gold/silver rocket higher.
