Why do they need to stay on Nasdaq. Only if they need to raise money or if they have no needle moving news. If they have nothing then we will be diluted into oblivion and which exchange we are on means nothing to current longs. If they have something coming (worthy of the extension they were asking for) then we will be above a $1 soon enough and can get back on an exchange.

I think the whole Nasdaq extension appeal was a bunch of bs to play out the game to pacify SHs. They want all the AS so they can do what they want for as long as they want. I said the voting down of the RS was our lat chance for a while to get anything from management.
