I can't speak for Deisurfer but personally I'm not unsure of the validity of the company, only the accuracy of sales they post about.
If their twitter messages are truthful, they are generating a good amount of revenue, but until the audit comes out we won't know exactly what revenues are.
The tweets show a pretty consistent flow of cash coming in, but as Deisurfer pointed out, sometimes the wording makes it difficult to tell what is new info and what has been repeated.

Either way, it seems clear that the sales are strong, it's just a mater of how strong.
