Everyone wants to know why stock is going down. There's an obvious seller most likely an old restricted shareholder that has had some shares come off restriction. If you look at level 2 CDEL has had a 10,000 share ask up for awhile now. He has also been hitting bids with size between .90 and .81. It's anyone's guess how many shares are left but the stock is being taken in by friendly hands and will move up once the seller is out of the way. No big deal no reason to panic actually good news if you want to take advantage of the weakness.
