1. I read that you where unable to see the cars being manufactured since the plant runs at night. Is this true?


There is a story called Chinese Wispers which is especially popular with Children.  There are some “children” investors that phone me from time to time, and I was telling an anecdote to one kid about a company that I visited 12 years ago that ran their operations in the evening.  For some reason, the investor believed that DOLAT only operates in the dark…..Myth dispelled.


2. If the first quarter financials are not given by July 1st, will the stop sign come on the OTC market website? 


To my best knowledge, OTC markets can do that.

3. I heard the ticker symbol could take upwards to two months to change. Does Finra usually take this long?


Since the SEC is only 60% staffed since the change in administrations, they are working very slowly.  Fifteen years of doing this has given me the experience to believe that FINRA works at their own speed.


4. Once the ticker is approved, does the company plan to have a press release right after?


Yes, this has been discussed.
