It's not a merger . Fpfi is purchasing the assets with shares . Not really sure what those assets are . But I don't think they need approval from the sec. or finra to do it . Fitx is on the gray market they don't have to report squat to anybody shareholders included . James can lie and make false statements all day long the sec can't touch him . And this Brian guy is full of shot . He is just as big a scammer as James and Bill . They are worried about one thing . The money they loaned James to launch giddy-up . Nothing but scammers scamming scammers .
