Nanotech Industries Inc is a private company that shares HCTI management...they are the patent owners that HCTI licenses the patents from.

Nanotech Industries International Inc is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HCTI and is DBA Hybrid Coating Technologies. They are one in the same as HCTI if I understand the info correctly?
