Thanks Navin. My read of the translated articles that I find on this company is that they say very little, so what they *do* say speaks volumes.

The fact that they were publicly talking about this in December of 2016 makes me think it was pretty solid already by then.

It's easy for some to forget - everything this company is doing is part of a holistic and long term plan.

The analogy that comes to mind for me is like a general directing troops. They're conquering territory as they go with no plans of giving it up, imo. And in a similar light, why broadcast your plans ahead of time? Whole different mindset at work here.
