When someone owes you money, you're going to collect no matter what. It was either 1 in the hand or 2 in the bushes. It was either some worthless shares up front or money that he might not have ever received.

I haven't looked over the contracts yet. When I have time I will examine them and see what's going on. OTC companies can never be trusted. New investors will believe everything they hear from the company without any regard for unbiased sources. Companies are known to mislead investors into thinking that there are contracts or that there are patents.
