Maybe Howdy want to to be jokey. I take the signature word here to be "UP" -- that is, the direction the company and its SP look set to take, and that is reinforced by his use of caps.

As to your cryptic musing, "the B - word", you have me guessing there: "BUP, BRUP, ABRUPT, a warm-up BRRR", it could be just about anything.

There have been some negatives in the works this year so far, but my guess is that some positives could emerge during the rest of this year.
