LATF's former CEO is listed first. (Pinheiro) I'm guessing that he may have slithered through this one being he had 3 law firms, but CT division of banking is still pursuing him- working at a snail's pace though.
Can't see anything that will happen that might benefit shareholders- a reverse merger isn't possible with the giant tax bill they owe. One law firm is interested in personally suing a few different parties pending getting the transcript of the grievance hearing.
I think it takes a while for the hearing results to be posted on the website. Eventually, they show up, but the real hearing will be criminal.
