Show me proof it is running all year. It ran once. There have been people here that said they watched it for hours and never saw it once. When the company was questioned they said they took it down to remove the coming soon statement. Ok yeah right they are gonna pay for a month of advertising without it being shown so they can take a statement off of it? That's not how advertising works. There is a contract and you pay for the entire time it is displayed. Also it is an electronic ad it takes like 30 seconds to change the content. It's not like a billboard that requires printing and labor to hang it up. This is a joke.
