THE AUDIT SCAM TRAIL

1. Company has two past auditors that lost their credentials.
2. Last Auditors were not paid as agreed.
3. accountants misplaced important documents
4. CEO disagrees we with Auditors findings and refuses to file 10k.
5. Auditors resign rather than change audit to meet CEO's demands.
6. New auditors unable to meet timeline.

I wonder if the new auditors were paid as agreed yet, were they given enough information to complete audit. How are their findings different from the last auditor. Will the CEO sign off on this auditors findings.
