Like magic says....Abe sold Sunworks for shares. He has shit-tons of them. Everyone always argues- "why's he selling" "why not hold them for later".... Dude, he SOLD the company for a reason!!! He is not "cashing out", but he's entitled to reap the rewards of the sale. He's going to probably buy boats, cars, nicer house, work hard play hard right? He's not making bank off these- he's gonna net 20-30K$ after tax on this last sale- that cant even buy a Prius these days and imo he's likely more of a corvette or truck guy. He's also not likely to sell all 700K shares either... He's simply enjoying the bene's of selling the company.
