Do not kid yourself, Chris and Connie have pitched those patents as being worth millions. Even going so far to claim Google and Cisco were planning to acquire Ubiquity because of their patents. Im sure you heard this lie too. Im not saying I agree. However, they are the only real value Ubiquity has left, do not be shocked if Chris and Connie in their greed have already moved those assets to another private company and are now raising in that new shell. The con is up.
