Just spoke to mathews at the company.
Long conversation had with him.
He assures me they are a legit co. Not a shell co.
They claim Working on deals which will come to fruition soon. Then he will put out press releases.
He says they have been busy getting the financials current, and they wll stay current according to him.
I think its a one man show, since every time i call he is the one who answers phone.
I told him a lot of shareholders have lost a ton on the stock and he should just put out a press release that the co. Is working deals, to keep up stockholder morale.
He claims they are not a shell co. And, so, he cant and wont put out useless press releases if there is nothing to report.
So thats all i got from him. He said for shareholders to hang in there with the co. And good news will come soon.
