He scammed the initial investors, RS'd the rest out of their shares, sold stock the last 10 years acting like they sell franchises for 100k. Screwed loyal employees and their vendors out of lots of money. They took him to court and win. He never paid and they have no assets. They Even a coupon for a free pizza on their web site. They have not had an open store in 10 years. They have been on the frozen Pizza for almost 10 years. This was their big thing. lol Better yet, they will make it in Ohio, freeze it, ship it in the frozen state half way around the world and sell it in india. Yea OK... That sounds like a great plan.
We been around since 2005, and we actually know what this company is like. Pump it all you want, we warn new buyers to be careful, read back at different times. Same stuff.
Kevin that actually owns the Tap House, most likely paid 100% of it with his own money. Slim chance UPZS really has a 50% stake in the company. Kevin in 2006 or so had a Unique franchise... Paid ZERO franchise fee or royalties, and went out of business. The pizza was average at best. There were stores around here... they would never make it into the top 10 or so rated best pizza shops. They all went out of business. By 2007 it was a stock selling company. thats it... same thing now.
You can think they are geniuses, really working hard to finally build a good company... well, what did they do the last 10 years? Maybe read back on here. Why do you think this stock only pops a little, then always back to this low level. There is ZERO trust from anyone who knows them.
